한국에서 소위 telebanking이라고 하는 것을 어떻게 사용할 수 있는지를 문의하는 고객과 문의를 상담하는 고객상담원과의 대화 내용입니다.
고객상담원은 여러가지 말로 표현이 됩니다. 예를 들면, agent, customer service
representative, customer support engineer, front-liner등등 아래에서의 representative는
customer service representative에서 representative만을 사용한 것이고
이를 줄여 CSR이라고도 부릅니다. representative 즉 대표자라고 하는 말은,
그 회사에서 고객접점 즉 고객과 일차적인 front line에서 회사를 대표하여
고객을 만나기 때문입니다.

초보자 이상의 경우는 찾아야할 단어도 다섯개 이하일 것으로 예상됩니다.
